WE can host the abovementioned virtual environment in our Tier 3 rated Data Centre on a new technology VMware logically segregated environment. The cluster has multiple servers and provide high availability (HA) and the capacity for Vmotion of resources during maintenance which will reduce server downtime for maintenance to the minimum. The SAN storage infrastructure uses All Flash SSD storage as the primary tier.

All system changes and maintenance follow a change control process. The server environment is maintained daily by a team of dedicated engineers. Antivirus protection will be provided through the latest Enterprise Antivirus.

The latest monitoring software helps us to stay on top of server performance issues and outages and gain deep visibility into critical server performance metrics like CPU, memory, disk usage, services and processes.
